What will you be doing with us?

  • Our mentors will be happy to pass on their experience across all areas of business at Škoda Auto
  • Together, you will draw up a plan of which projects you'll be involved in over the course of a year
  • We will offer you a range of training activities, from workshops to excursions to language courses
  • Everything you have only known in theory will be put into practice with us
  • You will become part of an international group of trainees, where you will, for example, organise inspiring meetings with top managers, share work experience, as well as collaborate on events under the Škoda Auto banner 

What are the prerequisites for joining the Trainee program?

  • Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree at the time of entry (max. 2 years from graduation)
  • Or graduates of a Bachelor's degree who are still studying a distance or combined Master's degree
  • English at a very good communicative level, German is an advantage
  • Work experience

We can reward your talent

  • Remuneration of up to 60 000 CZK per month
  • Monthly pension contribution of CZK 1,700
