Your Mission
As our Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action—driving innovation and working a talented team to success. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead and Shape the Future: Manage, plan, and develop Azure Competence Center projects, making a real impact at Škoda Auto.
- Drive Project Success: Drive the implementation phase—turning ideas into reality with precision and energy.
- Master the Details: Take charge of resource allocation, risk management, and project priorities, while keeping communication with management smooth and effective.
- Coach and Inspire: Navigate and help sub-teams specializing in platforms, products, services, and security, as well as Škoda Auto’s service managers.
- Connect and Deliver: Coordinate the delivery of cutting-edge services and products for VW cloud solutions and other Volkswagen Group brands.
- Unite for Success: Ensure teams are aligned, using best practices, and working towards a shared vision.
- Set the Standards: Collaborate on defining the future of public and private cloud standards—your ideas will help shape how cloud solutions are built and delivered.
- Create Impact: Oversee the end-to-end process of delivering next-generation services, products, and platforms—including expert consulting that makes a difference.
- Solve Real Challenges: Team up on exciting projects involving cloud implementations, migrations, and ongoing support for live customer solutions.
- Shape IT Governance: Work closely with corporate IT to ensure our cloud operations are secure, efficient, and aligned with the highest standards.

What can you get from us?
- A 13th salary every year to thank you for your good work.
- We pay annual bonuses based on the company's performance. Because when we do well, we want you to do well as well.
- A fifth week of vacation is standard here. It's up to you whether you go to the sea or to the mountains.
- Trust-based working hours. We work 7.5 hours a day. Fixed hours are from 9am - 2pm. Then it's up to you whether you prefer to wake up early or work late into the afternoon.
- We'll contribute CZK 1,900, - a month to your supplementary pension scheme.
