We obtain CVs, cover letters and any other documents from applicants for a specific position through job portals,
recruitment agencies and our own communication channels. We carry out a tender. We keep the documents from the unsuccessful applicant for a maximum of six months after the end of the selection procedure.

We need to retain your personal data in order to provide you with quality services in the selection process for employment at Škoda Auto. The processing of this data is necessary for the proper and fair conduct of the selection procedure.

RECRUITING INTERNS

Recruitment of interns and doctoral students
Description of the purpose of processing:
We obtain CVs, cover letters and any other documents from applicants for a specific internship or doctoral program through job portals, recruitment agencies and our own communication channels. We also receive CVs, cover letters and any other documents from already active interns who are seeking inclusion in the Student Talent Program. We carry out a tender. Documents from the unsuccessful bidder are kept for a maximum of six months after the end of the selection procedure.
Permission to process:
We have a legitimate interest in carrying out this processing. We need to retain your personal data in order to provide you with quality services as part of the selection process for the purpose of an internship at Škoda Auto. The processing of this data is necessary for the proper and fair conduct of the selection procedure.

Description of the purpose of processing:
We process your personal data from the moment of your selection, through all activities necessary for the implementation of your professional practice, up to a period of 15 years from the termination of the contract on the basis of which you carry out your professional practice.

We are authorized to process the employment contract concluded with you.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRAINEE PROGRAM
Purpose of processing:
Implementation of the Trainee Program
Description of the purpose of processing:
We obtain CVs, cover letters and any other documents from applicants for a specific position through job portals, recruitment agencies and our own communication channels, and we carry out a selection procedure. As part of the selection process, personal and personal data of candidates may be collected through the Assessment Centre. Personality data is a set of personality traits and characteristics that provide us with a more comprehensive view of the candidates' profile (self-motivation, teamwork, stress management, communicativeness, etc.).
We process your personal data to the extent necessary for the creation and performance of an employment contract, from the moment of admission to the Trainee Program until the termination of your participation in it. Processing may also take place to a limited extent in relation to a business partner or an employee of a business partner. The activities also include the processing of personal data of foreign employees. We also process personal data for the purpose of administering domestic and foreign business trips, including the issuance of an A1 certificate in accordance with the relevant regulations. Last but not least, it also includes the processing of your personal data in connection with the fulfilment of Škoda Auto's legal obligations as an employer, including keeping records of your working hours. If we provide you with a vehicle (including the ŠKODA Click service) as part of our work, we also process technical data about this vehicle, e.g. VIN, license plate, service inspections, etc., to the extent necessary to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship, taking into account the purpose for which the vehicle is operated, including the possible resolution of the misdemeanour agenda.

We need to carry out the processing in order to be able to conclude a contract with you or to perform a contract you have entered. Providing your personal data is a contractual requirement and if you do not provide it, you may not be able to enter into a contract with you or to perform an already concluded contract. In certain cases, we are required to process personal data by law (e.g. with regard to the administration of business trips). We need to retain your personal data in order to provide you with quality services in the selection process for employment at Škoda Auto. The processing of this data is necessary for the proper and fair conduct of the selection procedure.
