Škoda Auto offers its university full-time students the opportunity to gain valuable experience as interns in the Czech Republic’s biggest company, in Technical Development department.
Škoda Design - Creating Meaningful Future Experiences
Join Škoda Design to shape intelligent, human-centered mobility. Our Color & Trim (CMF) team translates materials and perception into real-world experiences. Bring your ideas and grow with us.

These internships explore how materials shape interior experiences through structure, texture, function, and interaction. Interns will be fully integrated into the Škoda CMF team and mentored by experienced designers.
