What will you be doing with us?
- Coordination of Corporate Identity Rebranding and Compliance with Dealer Standards: Ensure consistent implementation of CI/CD principles and processes across the dealer network.
- Monitoring Dealer Profitability and Proposing Measures: Conduct regular analysis of dealer financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Recommending Dealer Network Structure: Strategically plan and optimize dealer placement based on market potential and customer accessibility.
- Evaluating Targets for Qualitative Indicators (e.g., Customer Satisfaction): Analyze dealer network performance against key qualitative metrics and propose improvement initiatives.
- Submitting Measures to Improve Dealer Network Quality: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the quality of services provided by dealers.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships with Key Partners: Engage in active communication and collaboration with business partners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential areas for introducing new products/services.
- Supporting Marketing Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies that support dealer network growth.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute business projects to achieve defined goals and deadlines.
What must you know, have, and be able to do?
- University Degree, Preferably in Economics or Related Fields: Candidates with a degree in economics, business, or related disciplines are preferred.
- Language Skills:
- Czech: B1 level (active spoken and written proficiency)
- English: C1 level (active business proficiency)
- German: B2 level (advanced spoken and written proficiency)
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across cultures and languages, and present information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations based on analytical insights.
- Proven Project Management Capabilities: Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing complex business projects. Direct experience with corporate identity transformation or launching new sales initiatives is highly valued.
- Results-Oriented Approach: Proactive mindset focused on achieving business objectives and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Effective time management and task prioritization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to quickly adjust to changes in business strategies and market demands.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, support teamwork, and share knowledge within the team.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 7 years in business, ideally within the automotive industry or international trade, and at least 3 years in a similar business development role.
- Driving License – Category B: Active driving capability is essential.
- Willingness to Travel Frequently: Approximately 40% of working time will be dedicated to business travel across Europe.
