Your Mission
- Be responsible for the creation, implementation, and development of the Škoda Auto brand marketing strategy in the Czech Republic.
- Ensure comprehensive marketing and communication management for service activities, new and used cars, and service offerings, including coordination of activities within the Škoda Auto CZ dealer network.
- Manage sponsorship activities and CSR projects in line with the brand image.
- Lead and develop a team of ten people.
Your Profile
- University degree in marketing, economics, management, or a related field.
- Czech language - C2 level - native speaker and English language – B2/C1 negotiation proficiency (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior marketing position, ideally in the automotive industry or an environment with an extensive dealer network.
- Experience with the creation, implementation, and evaluation of complex marketing and communication strategies.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team (at least 3 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more people).
- Proven experience with the creation and management of complex marketing strategies across all channels (digital, ATL, BTL, PR, events).
- Experience with effective management of marketing budgets, ROI evaluation, and implementation of CSR and sponsorship activities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills – ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with an emphasis on results and effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with dealers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
