Where can you make an impact?

1. Parts Dispatch Center
We handle the packaging and shipment of parts to our international plants. We also manage processes, handle claims, and operate the center’s technical support.
2. Logistics Systems Support
We design and implement new information systems for logistics. In addition, we automate processes, digitalize data, and support group-wide projects.
3. Logistics Planning
We design logistics concepts, optimize JIT/JIS processes, and plan material handling, storage areas, and packaging. We also define logistics strategies and set goals for efficient operations.
4. Production Program Planning and Management
Production volumes are planned well in advance – for days, months, and even years. We monitor capacities, manage vehicle and component production, and track how well targets are met.
5. Material Supply
We manage the flow of parts and materials from external and Group suppliers. Every shipment is delivered in the right quantity, on time, and with top quality.
6. Pre-series Logistics
We coordinate deliveries and changes for new model launches and make sure all parts meet maturity targets and plan the build of pre-series vehicles and components.
7. Škotrans
We plan and manage the transport of materials, parts, and finished vehicles including special requirements like hazardous goods and Group-wide transport standards.
8. Operational Logistics
We manage warehouses, inventories, packaging, and in-plant transport. Besides that, we oversee material reception, pallet tracking, and the quality of all logistics flows.
