What we take for granted today began as a transfer of papers to disks and the intranet. But true digitization means that we can quickly and easily navigate documents and processes – without searching and without confusion.

Together, we have reduced the number of documents from 647 to 633, setting the right trend. The goal is less bureaucracy and more transparent, truly useful rules that everyone can rely on.

what else are we going to continue with?

We are now launching the second wave of the analysis of all committees within the company. As part of this phase, we would like to involve employees through a short questionnaire. Completing it will help us create a comprehensive map of all committees and subsequently categorize them within the E2E process map.

POD digitization is an evolving journey. We’re already working on the next steps to deliver even greater clarity, simplicity, and smarter, more meaningful rules.
