What will you do with us?

• Manage the organization and delivery of development activities in the SAP FICO area, especially for VW and Audi systems. This includes analyzing customer requirements, designing and developing technical solutions, supporting testing, and deploying them into the production environment.
• Lead collaboration with other departments within VW, Škoda IT, VW Group departments and external suppliers in delivering solutions, including system design and interfaces to related systems.
• Provide feedback on business function designs and propose optimizations of applications, systems, and processes within your area of responsibility.
• Propose measures to minimize IT risks and ensure data security, and manage their implementation.
• Coordinate functionality testing, analyze and evaluate issues found in delivered solutions, and manage their resolution.
• Share information and transfer knowledge and experience to team members.

What do you need to know, have, and be able to do?

• University degree
• English or German – B2 level (advanced knowledge)
• Professional experience: 6+ years
