What will be your responsibilities?
- Develop Create draft designs for interior and HMI details
- Prepare inputs and materials for design presentations
- Develop relevant images and videos to visualize cabin experiences
- Generate conceptual designs based on briefs for HMI and interior
- Apply new design and technology trends in projects
- Review updated user testing data from internal and external sources
- Collaborate with other departments in R&D to implement design details and verify prototypes
- Define and test HMI layout on prototypes
- Evaluate CAID/CAD data and suggest improvements for modeling and UX testing (including AI-driven analysis)
- Apply shapes and design elements onto physical or virtual mock-ups
- Analyze technical solutions and measurement results for models and HMI (using AI tools for predictive insights)
- Contribute to design strategy and criteria for interior, exterior, and color concepts (leveraging AI for trend forecasting)
What skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- You are holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant technical field
- You are familiar with internal tools (e.g., CAID, CAD, AVON, UX testing, AI tools...).
- Knowledge of English (B2 level) and German (B2 level) for daily communication with international colleagues and suppliers. Some of our internal meetings are also held in English/German.
- Knowledge of Czech (B2 level)
- Minimum required experience: 6–10 years
