What will be your responsibilities?
- Coordinates the processing of UX/UI concepts across individual digital touchpoints - car, MyŠkoda application, Flow design system
- Coordinates the necessary research and design of the relevant user interface
- Defines the UX/UI framework by identifying user needs based on research, data analysis and insights supported by artificial intelligence
- Sets a vision for the future aesthetics and functionality of the user interface, and promotes the strategic importance of UX/UI when creating new concepts
- Ensures that ongoing projects correspond to the original strategic and content brief and that their outputs are mutually aligned in a way that ensures the best possible user experience at all points of contact with the customer
What skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- You are holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant technical field
- You are familiar with these tools (e.g., UX/UI testing, AI tools...).
- Knowledge of English (B2 level) and German (B2 level) for daily communication with international colleagues and suppliers. Some of our internal meetings are also held in English/German
- Knowledge of Czech (B2 level)
- Minimum required experience: 6–10 years
